Step 1 · Claim your license

Sign in with Twitch or Google

Choose either sign-in method in your StreamPets account, then redeem the key from your purchase email. You can link Google and Twitch together later so both logins share the same lifetime license.

Already part of the beta? Your existing access will remain available. Linking a second provider does not require another license.

Step 2 · Authorize your PC

Enter the pairing code

When you open StreamPets, it displays a temporary code. On the secure authorization page, sign in to your licensed account, enter that code and approve your computer.

Never share the pairing verifier or signed desktop session token. The pairing code expires automatically.

Redeem

Redeem using Google or Twitch; optionally link both identities to one account.

Open StreamPets

Install the Windows application and start pairing.

Approve device

Enter your pairing code and launch your pet dashboard.

Can't find your key?

Check spam and promotions, then contact support with your purchase email and payment receipt. Don't share your activation key publicly.
